ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your hair appointment please give as much notice as possible. If you fail to show, cancel or need to reschedule your appointment within 48hours please be advised that your deposit can not be transferred to your new booking and a new deposit will need to be paid.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT?

If for any reason you need to change your hair appointment please contact us within 48hours via Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger here if possible to be able to carry over your hair deposit. We will do our very best to try and accommodate you with a new hair appointment as soon as possible.

WHAT BRAND OF PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

We use Affinage, Wella and K18. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR APPLY LUXE LINK HAIR EXTENSIONS?

On average for a full head of Racoon Luxe Link hair extensions it will take around 2-3 hours to apply, blend and style. Whilst you are with us for this length of time you will be offered a drink and a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere and always great conversation.
